Karen runs the business and the rest of the family help out as required

Karen comes from a farming background and has always had a passion for animals. She has a B.Com majoring in information systems and is a busy mother of four.

Husband Mark fits the oddjobs and weekend cleaning around his fulltime job.

Tori (12 - cat specialist) and Jessica (10 – dog specialist) help with the cleaning in the holidays and weekends, as well as being part of the cuddle/ play brigade.

Shannon (7) and Kobe (5) are strictly cuddles/ play only, and always look forward to their daily visits.

Kate Glover

		Kate works as full time manager at Canterbury Quarantine Services and will most likely be your first contact. Kate is a New Zealand veterinary nurse and enjoys all aspects of pet care. You can be sure that your pet will enjoy the attention and fun that Kate provides. Kate will assist you throughout the import process and during the quarantine period.

Julia Atkinson

Julia works part time at Canterbury Quarantine services. She enjoys getting to know our guests and helping them to settle in.

Any information you can give about your pets likes and dislikes can assist us to make them feel at home at our facility.

Chris Matheson

		Chris is a part time staff member at our facility. Chris is responsible for day to day care of the pets, she works alongside Kate and Julia and will be happy to let you know how your pet is doing when you visit or call

Jess
Jess is also a part time staff member at our facility. Jess works around her studies to become a fully qualified vet nurse, and enjoys combining her love of animals with a great vocation.
