Canterbury Quarantine Services 2011 Limited and its associated contractors undertake to care for the health and wellbeing of the customers pet(s) to the best of their ability, but will not be held responsible for any issues, health or otherwise, illness or loss for any reason whatsoever.

All quotes and prices given are for ruling rates and any increases applying at the time of travel will be additional and payable by the customer.

Payment in full is due before pet/s departure from quarantine. Payment is to be made by cash, direct bank credit or credit cards (Visa or Mastercard).  Additional charges for bank fees may apply for payments originating from foreign banks.  Credit card transactions are subject to a 2.7% surcharge in addition to the quoted price.

In the event of cancellation or unavailability of services, any unexpended portion of payment will be refunded at the sole discretion of Canterbury Quarantine Services 2011 Limited.

Prices for domestic air transport are based on dimensions and weight. They may be subject to adjustment as determined by IATA regulations, the airline, or Veterinary Inspector and will be payable by the customer.

In case of changes to airline schedules we will, with the customers consent, arrange travel on the next available flight. We will not transport vicious or banned and restricted breeds.

All pets must have current vaccination certificates with vaccines including Kennel Cough and Canine Influenza Virus having been administered at least 21 days prior to departure. If the Canine Influenza Virus vaccine is not available in the country of departure a declaration must be signed by the owner.  Please ensure your pet is flea and worm free.  The client authorises Canterbury Quarantine Services 2011 Ltd to seek veterinary attention if required for any pets in our care.  Any additional costs associated with such veterinary treatment are payable by the client.

Any unpaid debt is subject to a 20% penalty charge plus all collection costs.
