Karen and the team at Canterbury Quarantine are fantastic! My cat Nico traveled from Germany to New Zealand and we were very worried about how it would affect him. Within a few hours of his arrival, I got a reassuring email from Karen. When I visited the next day, I could see Nico was in great hands. The room was always spotlessly clean, with fresh water and food, and a cosy sleeping shelf. Nico quickly recovered from the trip due to the calm safe environment. Karen and the team were always very helpful and friendly, and they clearly love all the animals that stay with them. I highly recommend Canterbury Quarantine.
