Karen and her team at Canterbury Quarantine Services did an amazing job! My dog's case is admittedly a little difficult as he is disabled, so I really appreciated the team's work in caring for him. Karen was responsible and professional. The photo and email updates put us at ease as we could see our doggo was happy and spoiled. 💕 It was clear he enjoyed the company of the staff there. Highly recommend. My dog Bobby is quite timid. Before coming to NZ, I feared he would be emaciated during quarantine. It is thanks to this faculty and its helpful staff that he is still healthy and vivid after coming out!

Karen and the team at Canterbury Quarantine are fantastic! My cat Nico traveled from Germany to New Zealand and we were very worried about how it would affect him. Within a few hours of his arrival, I got a reassuring email from Karen. When I visited the next day, I could see Nico was in great hands. The room was always spotlessly clean, with fresh water and food, and a cosy sleeping shelf. Nico quickly recovered from the trip due to the calm safe environment. Karen and the team were always very helpful and friendly, and they clearly love all the animals that stay with them. I highly recommend Canterbury Quarantine. Many thanks to everyone there for looking after Nico so well!!

I cannot recommend this quarantine facility enough. Karen looked after my cat for 11 days and when I collected him he was looking perfect. His coat was as shiny as could be and he was happy. During the cat’s stay I received photos which was comforting for me to see that he was fine. Thank you Karen and staff for looking after my little boy

Karen helped put my mind at ease whilst our dog was staying in quarantine with updates, including photos. I could tell my dog had had lots of cuddles during her stay and had been well looked after :) Thank you!
